We strive for quality. All of my products are made out of materials that vouch for the quality and comfortableness of our pieces, complemented by our careful crafting and special knitting procedures.

I use priority mail so a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Estimated shipping time is 3-5 days EUROPE and 7-21 days for other countries ( for America usually takes 7-20 days). Holidays or complications might affect shipping times.
Express shipping is also available, just write to me.


PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally, the time does not exceed 14 business days from the time you place your order to shipping.

CUSTOM and SOLD OUT items
Please send me a message if you would like something custom made.
Custom items usually cost $10 more than the original and take few days longer to complete.
If a sold item catches your eye please send me a message. Most sold out designs can be made again.

KATARINA SILK CREATIONS:
The materials and productions technique are my handmade work and I care to do very quality products but you'll need instructions to care to have a very long time in a good condition;
- Use a soft cloth
- Avoid submerging your piece in water. Wipe dry after your piece has been exposed to water.
-Avoid exposure to extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece staying on the sun for a longer time.
- Do not use chemical cleaners, including household cleaners, nail polish remover, and other similar products.
- Please do not use abrasive cleaners and avoid abrasive surfaces.
- Please do not put on a spray or perfumes.
